PVC Card Store की services use करके, आप निम्नलिखित Terms and Conditions से agree करते हैं। कृपया इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Agreement to Terms (शर्तों की स्वीकृति)

इस website को access करके और हमारी services का उपयोग करके, आप इन Terms and Conditions, सभी applicable laws और regulations से bound होने के लिए agree करते हैं।

2. Use of Service (सेवा का उपयोग)

2.1 Eligibility (पात्रता):

• आपकी उम्र कम से कम 18 साल होनी चाहिए
• आप legally capable होने चाहिए contracts में enter करने के लिए
• आप Indian resident या valid Indian address होना चाहिए
• आप accurate information provide करेंगे

2.2 Account Responsibilities:

• आप अपने account की security के लिए responsible हैं
• अपना password confidential रखें
• Unauthorized account access की सूचना तुरंत दें

3. Orders & Payments (आर्डर और भुगतान)

3.1 Order Placement:

• सभी orders subject to acceptance हैं
• हम किसी भी order को reject करने का अधिकार रखते हैं
• Product availability और pricing में changes हो सकते हैं
• Order placement = Legal offer to buy
• Order confirmation = Acceptance of offer

3.2 Pricing:

• सभी prices Indian Rupees (₹) में हैं
• Prices में GST included है (जब applicable हो)
• हम pricing errors correct करने का अधिकार रखते हैं
• Promotional prices limited time के लिए valid हैं
• Bulk orders पर special pricing apply हो सकती है

3.3 Payment Terms:

• Payment Required: सभी orders के लिए advance payment जरूरी है
• Payment Methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards
• Payment Security: सभी transactions secure encrypted channels के through

• Failed Payments: Automatic refund within 5-7 working days

4. Shipping & Delivery (शिपिंग और डिलीवरी)

4.1 Delivery Timeline:

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (extra charges apply)
• Custom Design Orders: 7-10 business days
• Bulk Orders: 10-15 business days

4.2 Delivery Terms:

• Delivery सिर्फ India में available है
• Accurate shipping address provide करना जरूरी है
• Wrong address के कारण delays के लिए हम responsible नहीं हैं
• Delivery attempts की maximum संख्या: 3
• Undelivered orders 7 days बाद return किए जाएंगे

4.3 Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹99
• ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹99
• Remote locations में additional charges apply हो सकते हैं

5. Cancellation & Refund (रद्दीकरण और रिफंड)

5.1 Order Cancellation:

• Before Production: Full refund available
• During Production: 50% cancellation charges apply
• After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible
• Custom Orders: Non-cancellable once approved

5.2 Refund Policy:

• Refunds processed within 5-7 working days
• Refund amount credited to original payment method
• Shipping charges non-refundable (except in case of defective product)
• Customized products non-refundable (unless defective)

5.3 Return Policy:

• Defective Products: 2 days return/replacement
• Wrong Product Delivered: Full refund/replacement
• Damaged in Transit: Free replacement
• Not as Described: Return eligible with proof

6. Design & Customization (डिजाइन और कस्टमाइजेशन)

6.1 Design Submission:

• आप अपना design upload कर सकते हैं या हमारी team से design करवा सकते हैं
• Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI recommended
• Design approval required before production

6.2 Design Ownership:

• आप uploaded designs के ownership rights maintain करते हैं
• हम designs को केवल आपके orders के लिए use करेंगे
• Copyright infringement के लिए customer responsible है
• हम copyrighted/trademarked content print करने से मना कर सकते हैं

6.3 Design Services:

• Free basic design service available
• Premium design services: Extra charges apply
• Design revisions: Maximum 2 free revisions
• Final design approval आपकी responsibility है

7. Product Quality (उत्पाद गुणवत्ता)

• हम high-quality PVC material use करते हैं
• सभी products quality check के बाद dispatch होते हैं
• Color variations 10-15% हो सकते हैं (screen vs print)
• Minor imperfections acceptable हैं (industry standard)
• Warranty period: 6 months for manufacturing defects

8. Prohibited Uses (निषिद्ध उपयोग)

आप निम्नलिखित के लिए हमारी services का उपयोग नहीं कर सकते:

• Illegal या fraudulent activities
• Copyright या trademark infringement
• Fake IDs या counterfeit documents
• Offensive, abusive, या harmful content
• Government IDs की नकल
• Spam या unsolicited marketing
• Hacking या security violations

9. Intellectual Property (बौद्धिक संपदा)

• सभी website content, logos, और trademarks हमारी property हैं
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, या distribution prohibited है

16. Entire Agreement

ये Terms & Conditions आपके और PVC Card Store के बीच पूरे agreement को constitute करते हैं और सभी previous agreements को supersede करते हैं।
